In one sense, God could be seen as providing mankind with two "books" - a book of words, and a "book" of works.

The problem arises when there is a discrepancy between our experience of the works (the everyday world, people, etc.), and the interpretations of the various "experts" who claim some special insight into what those words "really mean".

People who, in essence are arguing that their interpretation of the words should "speak louder than actions" [the 'book' of the world].

Hey this is amazing stuff keep up the good work!! Have you thought of expanding the bot for other things? For example online PC trouble shooting or help for other programs? The bot can be programmed with the knowledge it needs and people can ask it for help.
